Today, planning an OOH campaign is still heavily dependent on calls, emails, spreadsheets, and multiple rounds of back-and-forth with media owners. Hoardox brings this entire process onto one platform — making it faster, simpler, and more transparent.

Our goal is simple: take OOH planning from a process that takes days to one that takes minutes.

Brands and agencies can discover, compare, and plan OOH inventory across cities and formats, while media owners get a more efficient way to showcase and sell their inventory.
We're starting with a big, fragmented industry and building the technology to make it more accessible, efficient, and fair for everyone involved.

We're not just building another media platform. We're rethinking how OOH advertising is planned.

About the Role:
We're looking for someone who communicates confidently, follows through on every conversation, and brings structure to a fast-moving workplace.

You'll work closely with media owners and customers, help onboard them onto the platform,



manage relationships, and make sure things keep moving. This is an early-stage startup, so you'll have real ownership from day one and the opportunity to figure things out, solve problems, and build processes along the way.

This isn't a sit-in-the-corner internship. You'll be involved, responsible, and expected to make things happen.

What You'll Do
→ Reach out to and schedule meetings with media owners
→ Onboard media owners onto the Hoardox platform
→ Manage follow-ups and ensure conversations move forward
→ Maintain relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
→ Handle customer queries and support
→ Bring structure and organisation to day-to-day operations
→ Help identify and solve operational challenges as we grow
