Jalsa, a growing food company based in Bangalore, is looking for an experienced Manager to lead day-to-day operations and help us scale.

What we're looking for: ? Based in Bangalore, with solid local market experience ?(2-4 years of experience in FMCGE distribution)

Prior experience managing operations in the food/hospitality industry ?
Solid people management and vendor coordination skills ?
Comfortable owning P&L;, inventory, and staffing decisions ⚡
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

What you'll do:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Drive customer experience and operational efficiency
Report directly to leadership on performance and growth
