About Replate
Every night, bakeries and restaurants across India throw away perfectly good food simply because the clock hit closing time. Replate exists to stop that.
We're India's surplus food marketplace. Partner bakeries, cafés and restaurants list their unsold end-of-day food as discounted "Surprise Bags," which customers book on our app and collect at closing. Partners recover value on food they'd otherwise write off entirely, customers get excellent food at a fraction of the price, and good food gets rescued instead of ending up in landfill.
Since launching in June 2026 we've rescued 1,000+ bags of food across Hyderabad and Bangalore, with 30+ partner outlets, a 10,000+ person community, and around 90% of bags selling out every single night — all with zero marketing spend.
Here's the thing: demand isn't our problem. Supply is. We consistently have 3–10x more customers wanting bags than our partners can supply. Which is exactly why this role exists.
What you'll be doing
This is a proper on-ground sales role. You'll be the person bringing new bakeries,



cafés and restaurants onto Replate in Hyderabad.
Identifying and mapping potential partners across Hyderabad — bakeries, patisseries, cafés, sweet shops, restaurants and buffets
Walking into outlets and pitching Replate to owners and managers, face to face
Running outreach via calls, WhatsApp and Instagram DMs to build a pipeline
Following up relentlessly and converting interested prospects into signed partners
Onboarding new partners — walking their staff through how it works, setting pickup windows, getting their first drop live
Keeping existing partners active and dropping bags consistently
Maintaining a clean CRM/tracker of every prospect, conversation and status
Feeding back what you're hearing on the ground so we can sharpen the pitch
Who we're looking for
Not shy. You'll be walking into shops and talking to owners cold. If that sounds terrifying, this isn't the role.
