Based on these insights, consultants provide personalized recommendations for therapies, diet, and lifestyle. Role Description The Spa Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based at Sri Sri Wellbeing in Bengaluru. The role involves delivering a variety of Ayurvedic and wellness therapies in alignment with prescribed treatment plans and center protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing therapy rooms, maintaining hygiene and safety standards,



conducting spa and body treatments, and ensuring a calm, welcoming environment for guests. The Spa Therapist will work closely with Ayurvedic consultants to understand guest needs, follow therapy schedules, and provide transparent pre- and post-treatment guidance. The role also includes documenting sessions, monitoring guest comfort and feedback, and supporting the overall operation of the wellness center.
Qualifications
Relevant certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Ayurveda Panchakarma, or Massage Therapy from a recognized institution.
Hands-on experience providing spa, body, and wellness therapies, preferably in an Ayurvedic or holistic health setting.
Strong understanding of wellness principles, basic human anatomy, hygiene practices, and safety standards in a spa environment.
