Role Description The Senior Wedding Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading the creative and experiential design of luxury weddings from concept to execution. This position oversees end-to-end event design,



including developing visual themes, mood boards, layouts, and décor plans that align with client aspirations and brand standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand their story and preferences, collaborating with planners and production teams, coordinating with vendors and stylists, and conducting site visits to refine spatial design and guest flow. The Senior Wedding Designer will manage design timelines and budgets, supervise on-ground setup and décor installation, and ensure quality control across all touchpoints during events. The role also involves mentoring junior designers, staying current with global wedding and luxury event trends, and proposing innovative design solutions that elevate the overall guest experience.

Qualifications
Solid expertise in event and spatial design, including concept development, décor styling, mood board creation, and venue layout planning.
