We are looking for a Picker & Packer to join our team in Greater Noida West. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers who have completed their 10th grade education.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Picking Products:** Select and retrieve items from the warehouse according to specific orders. This ensures that the right products are gathered efficiently for packing and delivery.
- **Packing Items:** Carefully package selected items to protect them during shipping. Proper packing helps prevent damage, ensuring customer satisfaction upon receipt.
- **Labeling Packages:** Attach labels to packages for easy identification and to ensure accurate delivery. This step is vital for maintaining order accuracy throughout the shipping process.
- **Maintaining Inventory:** Keep track of stock levels and report any discrepancies. Regular inventory management helps in maintaining a smooth flow of operations.
- **Cleaning Work Area:** Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace. A tidy environment promotes safety and efficiency in daily tasks.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
- Aged 18 or older and must be male, as specified by the job requirements.
