About the Role
The Techno-Commercial Sales Specialist serves as the vital link between Company's pharminnovative portfolio and the specialized technical requirements of our customers. This role is not just about selling products; it is about understanding complex bioprocessing workflows and delivering science-backed, consultative solutions that drive efficiency in R&D; and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Technical Advisory & Workflow Integration
- Conduct detailed assessments of customer manufacturing processes, specifically focusing on Upstream, Downstream, and Fill-Finish stages.
- Act as a solution architect, identifying process bottlenecks (e.g., yield optimization, contamination risks) and positioning Company technologies to mitigate them.
- Guide customers through the adoption of creative and alternate technologies to modernize their existing workflows.
