About the Role
As an Associate Customer Engineer — Onboarding Specialist , you will be the frontline technical owner of the customer onboarding experience.
You will guide newly provisioned customers through the initial setup and configuration of Cloudflare products, validate their deployment, troubleshoot common technical issues, and ensure they achieve their first value from the platform.
This is a non-quota-carrying, customer-facing technical role. Success will be measured by onboarding velocity, time-to-value, customer satisfaction, quality of documentation, and effective collaboration with Customer Engineers,
