Job Title: Business Development Manager (Recruitment & Staffing)

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive-B2B to expand our client base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new corporate clients for recruitment and staffing services.
Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, CXOs, and Founders to understand their hiring requirements.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into active recruitment mandates.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to showcase Hiringlabs' recruitment solutions.
Understand client hiring challenges and recommend customized talent acquisition strategies.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Negotiate commercials, service agreements,



and partnership terms with prospective clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports, CRM updates, revenue forecasts, and business development metrics.
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
0–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
Prior experience in the Recruitment, Staffing, Executive Search, or HR Consulting industry is highly preferred.
Robust understanding of corporate hiring processes and the HR ecosystem.
