As a new-age B2B demand-generation and product company, we specialise in accelerating sales for our clients through innovative marketing strategies. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients in the US market through strategic cold outreach.

Your primary focus will be to generate qualified meetings through cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build a solid pipeline of relevant prospects and create meaningful conversations with potential clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, experimenting with outreach strategies, understanding buyer pain points, and taking ownership of meeting-generation targets.



Exposure to managing the end-to-end outbound process—from prospect research and list building to campaign execution and optimisation—will be an added advantage.

Execute personalised and high-volume cold email outreach campaigns to engage prospective clients in the US market.

Conduct LinkedIn outreach, including prospect identification, connection requests, follow-ups, and personalised messaging.

Engage prospects through cold calling to initiate conversations, understand their requirements, and book qualified meetings.

Take ownership of weekly and monthly meeting-booking and outreach targets.

Research prospective companies, key decision-makers, industry trends, and relevant business triggers to personalise outreach.

Understand prospect pain points and communicate the company's value proposition effectively across different outreach channels.

Follow up consistently with prospects through structured multi-channel outreach sequences.

Qualify interested prospects based on defined criteria and schedule relevant meetings for the
