The ideal candidate will convert design concepts into accurate working drawings while ensuring compliance with Australian building standards and collaborating closely with the design team.

Ensure all documentation aligns with Australian residential building standards and codes

Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency,



and timely project delivery

Organize and manage project documentation through backend systems such as SharePoint

Communicate proactively with team members regarding project progress and updates.

Solid understanding of Australian residential building codes and standards

Experience working in team-oriented design environments

Prior experience supporting Australian residential projects

Knowledge of documentation workflows and BIM (Building Information Modeling) practices

Experience working with SharePoint or similar backend documentation systems is beneficial
