We are seeking dynamic, result-driven, and highly experienced Senior Business Development Managers (International Sales) to spearhead Cadeploys expansion in the USA, Australia.

The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of proven experience in international sales in any service industry (preferably structural steel, BIM, EPC, or related services. This is a leadership role requiring strong ownership, strategic vision, and hands-on sales execution.





Drive sales growth across assigned regions (USA & Canada, ANZ & Europe) by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities.

Client Acquisition: Sales Strategy: Develop and execute region-specific go-to-market and business development strategies aligned with Cadeploys global vision.

Forge strategic alliances with EPCs, Steel Fabricators, Engineering Firms, and Contractors in their assigned or target regions.

Consistently achieve and exceed international sales and revenue goals.

Negotiations & Closures: Handle end-to-end client negotiations, proposals, and contract closures.

Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to assigned regions for client meetings, presentations, trade shows, and conferences.

Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline, forecasts, competitor intelligence, and market dynamics.
