Large-scale Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use and Industrial projects
Architectural BIM delivery from Design Development through Construction Documentation
Architectural modelling, drawings and project documentation
BIM model reviews, clash coordination and design updates
Develop and update architectural BIM models as per project requirements.
Prepare architectural drawings, schedules and documentation from BIM models.
Identify and resolve design and coordination issues with the project team.
Follow project BIM standards, BEP requirements, workflows and quality processes.
Perform model checks and maintain the required quality of deliverables.
Coordinate with BIM Coordinators,
Project Leads, clients and consultants.
Support project planning, progress tracking and timely delivery.
Maintain proper file management and documentation on ACC or other project platforms.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
~2–6 years of professional experience in Architecture and BIM
~ Robust working knowledge of Autodesk Revit
~ Basic to intermediate knowledge of Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
~ Experience in developing architectural BIM models and drawings
~ Understanding of architectural design, construction documentation and building codes
~ Exposure to multidisciplinary design and BIM coordination
~ Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
