We are seeking a creative and experienced E-Learning Developer for a 3-4 month contract engagement. The ideal candidate will transform existing training content, instructional design materials, voiceovers, and learning assets into engaging, interactive e-learning experiences. This role has the potential to convert into a full time position based on project performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Mindsmith AI, Colossyan , or similar authoring tools.

Transform training content, presentations, storyboards, and voiceovers into engaging digital learning experiences.

Create learner interactions, assessments, simulations, and multimedia-rich learning assets.

Design visually appealing content aligned with learning objectives and brand guidelines.

Publish and deploy courses in SCORM/xAPI formats and ensure LMS compatibility.

Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning solutions.





Perform quality checks and optimize content for learner engagement and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

~3+ years of experience in e-learning development and multimedia learning design.

~ Hands-on expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 .

~ Experience with AI-based learning tools such as Mindsmith AI , Colossyan , Synthesia, or similar platforms.

~ Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

~ Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, LMS deployment , and course publishing standards.

~ Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, or equivalent.

~ Experience creating storyboards and interactive learning scenarios.

~ Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with corporate training programs.

Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive learning design.
