PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES: Education Required:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, advertising, communications, or business administration. A master's degree or certification in project management may be preferred.

Experience in Tools and Technology:

Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.

Experience with creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously.

Budget management and resource allocation expertise to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.

Leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide creative professionals to achieve project goals.

Knowledge of design principles and creative processes to provide informed feedback and guidance to the creative team.





Experience in agile project management methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Understanding of copyright and intellectual property laws to ensure compliance with creative work.

Delivery Management & SLA Adherence: Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring consistent achievement of SLA commitments through solid governance, operational discipline, and focus on timely, high-quality outcomes.

Own integrated delivery across Marketing, Ecommerce, and Creative Services

Manage interdependencies between teams (Creative → Marketing → Ecom workflows)

Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for creative projects.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of creative professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Lead governance calls (WBR, MBR)

Resource Allocation: Allocate resources to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
