Regional Sales Director, India We are seeking an accomplished and goal-driven Regional Sales Director, with deep expertise in renewables, particularly within solar, energy storage, and the TIC industry. This is a high-impact role, ideal for a strategic sales leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, market development, and customer engagement across a diverse region.

The Regional Sales Director, India oversees all sales and strategy in the region, including setting and meeting ambitious sales targets, developing sales strategies, and implementing plans that maximize revenues and deliver customer satisfaction. The position will begin as an individual contributor position, but with the intent to build and develop a sales team over time to support the company’s growth objectives.

Develop and implement regional sales strategy and plan for the region aligning with company objectives to drive revenue and growth.

Maximize sales revenue by meeting and exceeding regional sales targets through effective execution of sales strategies.

Build and develop the sales team in line with business growth, including task allocation, target setting, performance management, and ongoing coaching.

Foster and manage relationships with key accounts, providing expertise throughout the sales process to encourage repeat business and upsell opportunities.
