To support our rapid business expansion in the marine and hydrological survey market , CHC Navigation is seeking a self-driven and outstanding Sales Manager to join our India team. The ideal candidate shall have at least 2 years of local business development and dealer management experience, with solid proven track record of feature-benefit-solution based B2B sales in the marine survey, hydrology and water conservancy geospatial industry .

In this hands‑on role, you will identify and recruit new dealers, support and develop existing distributors and manage key accounts in India across our diverse market segments for our positioning and navigation solutions.

Achieve regional sales targets, maximize sales volumes and develop maximum market share.





Create regional sales plans and quotas in line with business objectives.

Conduct direct and indirect business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts in diversified verticals through intensive prospecting activities.

Respond to, track and close sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors.

Analyze regional market trends and discover current growth opportunities.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Sales / Engineering / Surveying or GNSS.

A minimum of 2 years of proven B‑to‑B sales experience in marine survey, hydrology and water conservancy geospatial industry is a must.

Fluency in English – written and oral – is mandatory.

Experience in international dealer management is a plus for this position.

Results‑oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear goal of high quality and commercial profit.
