We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team and help expand our presence across Karnataka and Telangana.

Role Overview As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing robust customer relationships, and driving sales growth across the assigned territory.

You will work closely with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to understand market requirements, develop effective sales strategies, and introduce CohesiveTec's innovative adhesive solutions to new and existing customers.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Develop and implement territory-specific sales and business development strategies.

Prepare and present business proposals, product presentations, and commercial offers.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records,



and regular business reports.

Travel across Karnataka and Telangana as required for customer meetings and business development activities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, territory sales, or client relationship management.

Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to understand market trends.

Willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka and Telangana.

Experience in the adhesive, construction, industrial, building materials, furniture, automotive, or related industries will be an advantage.

Existing relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, fabricators, manufacturers, or industrial customers will be an added advantage.
