Must have Graduate/an MBA degree with minimum 4-5 years of experience (max upto 10 years) with strong communication skills.
- Should be from B2B/Corporate & Institutional Sales
- Strong analytical skills to understand competition pricing and do comparative analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills
- Candidate with good knowledge of Tissue paper/Hygiene Industry should have strong communication skills
- Robust contacts with an existing network with clients/dealers will be an added advantage.
- Responsible for overall business development and sales growth via multi-tiered distribution channels.
- Conducting product sampling,resolving customer and business escalation, performing root cause analysis, and driving solutions with appropriate products and providing solutions.
- Visiting direct accounts and distributors points to promote the company's products
- Co-ordinating with resources and channel partners for delivering result on sales volume and profitability objectives by brand in the region
