Job Title – Project Architect

Required Skills & Qualifications –
· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
· 8-15 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.
· Knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
· Solid knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
· Excellent design, technical, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Team Management Skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Description –
1. Project Design & Development:




· Lead the design process from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and design vision.
· Review and approve detailed architectural drawings (working and municipal), construction documents, and details.drawings, plans, and specifications.
· Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
· Provide creative input on design solutions, space planning, and material selection.
· Ensure design consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables throughout the various project phases

2. Project Coordination & Management:
· Collaborate and coordinate with Project Heads, Team Leaders, and consultants (MEP, structural, and other ) to integrate work into the overall design and ensure project goals and deliverables are aligned.
