Company Description Electronics & Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) is India’s apex trade promotion organization for electronics, telecom, and IT exports to global markets. The Council focuses on helping Indian SMEs connect with international buyers and expand their presence worldwide, and today represents over 2,000 electronics and software exporters. Since its inception in 1989, ESC has supported the growth of India’s electronics and software exports from US$ 200 million to US$ 126 billion in 2017–18. ESC also assists foreign IT and electronics companies in building business linkages in India through joint ventures, technology tie-ups, and networking support. In addition, ESC regularly facilitates Indian participation in global trade shows, expositions, and conferences, and acts as an important link between the government and member organizations on policy and trade issues.

Role Description The Exhibition Sales and Operations role is responsible for driving participation in ESC-supported trade shows, expositions, and conferences,



while ensuring smooth end-to-end event operations. This is an on-site role based in Delhi, India, involving coordination with member companies, international exhibitors, and internal teams to promote event offerings and secure exhibitor and delegate sign-ups. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales outreach, responding to inquiries, providing customer service to participants, and maintaining accurate records of bookings and payments. The role also involves planning exhibition layouts, coordinating logistics with venues and vendors, preparing promotional materials, and supporting on-the-ground execution during events. The position requires close collaboration with senior management to align exhibition programs with ESC’s broader trade promotion objectives and deliver a skilled experience for all stakeholders.
