Preferred Eligibility Criteria
- Degree: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) / Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution.
- Clinical Expertise: Solid background in Allopathy Physiotherapy, modern musculoskeletal rehabilitation, posture realignment, and sports injury recovery.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of clinical experience, with preference given to candidates who have worked in high-end wellness resorts, sports rehab clinics, or multi-specialty hospitals.
- Location & Lifestyle: Full-time, on-site resident role. Must reside on the sanctuary grounds (complete 24-hour executive accommodation and food provided).

Job Description
- Physical Assessments: Conduct thorough physical, biomechanical, and posture evaluations for high-net-worth Indian and international guests.
- Rehabilitation Protocols: Design and administer customized physical therapy regimes, joint mobilization, pain management techniques, and recovery programs.
- Integrative Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Ayurveda Physician and Wellness Team to blend modern Allopathic physical therapy with traditional wellness treatments.
- Postural & Movement Guidance: Educate guests on ergonomic habits, spine health, and physical maintenance protocols during their retreat stay.
- Equipment & Suite Management: Oversee the operation, hygiene, and maintenance of all physical therapy and rehabilitat
