IndusTreeBiz is looking for a smart, proactive, target-oriented Business Development Executive who understands that business development is not just calling leads or sending follow-up messages.

We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships, understand client requirements, follow up intelligently and contribute directly to business closures and revenue growth.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for managing the complete business-development cycle:

Prospecting → Qualification → Conversation → Meeting → Proposal → Follow-Up → Negotiation → Closure → Relationship

This is an ownership-driven role.

We do not want someone who waits every day to be told:

“Whom should I call?”

“What should I send?”

“When should I follow up?”

We need someone who understands the objective, takes initiative and owns the pipeline and results.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and identify new business opportunities through calls, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, databases and digital channels.
- Research potential companies, founders and decision-makers.
- Understand client businesses, pain points, requirements and growth objectives.
- Qualify leads before investing significant management time.
- Conduct initial business-development conversations professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings with decision-makers.
- Present IndusTreeBiz services and solutions confidently.
- Prepare/coordinate proposals and commercial discussions.
- Maintain disciplined and intelligent follow-ups.
- Handle basic objections and move prospects toward closure.
- Maintain an updated lead and chance pipeline.
- Track all enquiries, meetings, proposals, follow-ups and closures.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Build long-term relationships with client
