Your Role

/n

As a Patient Onboarding Expert [POE], you will be stationed in clinics and hospitals in Ahmedabad and will help patients get started with the Cordia Digital Health App. This is a patient-facing role that combines communication, relationship building, and healthcare technology.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

· Onboard patients onto the Cordia Digital Health Platform.

/n

· Explain the perks of continuous care in simple and patient-friendly language.

/n

· Build strong relationships with doctors, nurses, reception staff, and hospital teams.

/n

· Coordinate with doctors so eligible patients are referred for onboarding.

/n

· Guide patients in downloading and registering on the app.

/n

· Encourage follow-up patients to regularly record their health data between consultations.

/n

· Resolve basic patient queries during onboarding.

/n

· Observe patient behaviour,



challenges, and feedback to improve the onboarding process.

/n

· Submit a concise weekly report with patient insights, observations, and suggestions.

/n

Who Can Apply?

/n

· Any graduate (Healthcare background is a plus, but not mandatory).

/n

· Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is an advantage).

/n

· Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality.

/n

· Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.

/n

· Willing to work in a hospital environment.

/n
