Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Growth: Achieve primary/secondary sales targets, expand distribution, improve outlet coverage and drive focus SKUs/recent launches.
/n
- Distributor Management: Manage distributor operations, stocks, claims, collections, manpower and ROI.
/n
- Team Management: Lead, coach and monitor Sales Officers to achieve targets, beat coverage and productivity.
/n
- Market Execution: Ensure effective beat planning, merchandising, visibility, range selling and new product placement.
/n
- Competition: Track competitor pricing, schemes, launches and market activities and recommend corrective actions.
/n
- Reporting & Technology: Ensure SFA/DMS compliance, monitor sales performance and submit regular reports.
/n
- Overall Objective: Drive profitable territory growth, distribution expansion and strong sales execution.
/n

Qualification: Graduate/MBA preferred in Sales & Marketing.

/n

Experience: 8+ years in FMCG sales, with 2–3 years in Territory/Area Management and direct team handling.
