Experience: 1-3 years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing or Tool Design

Are you a technically oriented sales professional who understands engineering software and manufacturing and wants to build a career selling high-value technology solutions?

Kadkraft Systems is looking for Business Development Engineers to develop new business across major industrial belts in their respective cities.

What you'll do
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities across the assigned industrial territory
- Prospect and engage automotive OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers and industrial machinery manufacturers
- Build relationships with Engineering, R&D;, Design, Manufacturing and Tooling teams
- Understand customer requirements and position appropriate CAD, CAE and engineering simulation solutions




- Coordinate with technical/application engineers for software demonstrations, evaluations and benchmarks
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting → technical discussion → quotation → negotiation → closure
- Build and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and achieve sales targets

Who we're looking for

Must have:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing or Tool Design

1-3 years of experience in business development / technical sales / industrial sales

Exposure to CAD or CAE / analysis & simulation software is essential

Proven track record in selling high-ticket software solutions, preferably with individual licence values in the range of ₹4-20 lakh

Existing professional connections with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers and industrial machinery manufacturers

Strong understanding of engineering design and manufacturing processes

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
