We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Director to lead OEM acquisition, strategic partnerships, and business growth within the Roadside Assistance (RSA) and automotive ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, established relationships with automobile OEMs, and a proven track record of enterprise sales and strategic partnership development. This is an independent leadership role for someone capable of identifying high-value opportunities, leading complex sales cycles, and building long-term relationships with senior OEM stakeholders across India.

Key Responsibilities

OEM Business Development
- Lead business development and strategic sales initiatives targeting automobile OEMs across 2W, PV, CV, and EV segments.
- Identify and develop new OEM partnership opportunities across India.
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle,



including prospecting, relationship building, pitching, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic OEM opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth through new partnerships, account expansion, and contract renewals.

Strategic Account Management
- Develop long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders across OEM organizations.
- Understand customer requirements, business priorities, and customer lifecycle challenges.
- Work with internal Product, Operations, and Technology teams to develop customized RSA solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase customer value.
- Ensure strong engagement and satisfaction across strategic OEM accounts.

Sales Strategy & Market Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Research competitors, market trends, customer expect
