Location: Jaipur (Sitapura & Mansarovar) | On-site

Shift: Rotational Night Shifts (5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Offs)

Joining Date: 25 August 2026 (Immediate Joiners Only)

Compensation
- CTC: ₹26,000 per month
- During Training: ₹19,000 - ₹20,000 In-hand
- Post Training: ₹22,000 - ₹23,000 In-hand
- Performance Incentive: ₹30,000 annually

Eligibility
- 12th Pass Freshers
- Graduate Freshers
- Experienced Candidates

Skills Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts




- Ability to handle customer queries professionally

Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries via Chat and Email
- Deliver accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
- Ensure a seamless customer experience for e-commerce services
