As part of our growth, BLive is expanding its franchise program, enabling entrepreneurs to own and operate an EV rental business in their city.

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive who will be responsible for converting qualified prospects into BLive franchise partners.

The role involves speaking with prospective franchisees, understanding their investment objectives, presenting the BLive franchise value proposition and commercial opportunity, handling objections, and driving prospects through the sales funnel until conversion.

This is a high-volume inside sales role requiring excellent communication, persuasion and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities




- Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to prospective franchise partners.
- Engage with prospects and understand their business, investment capacity and objectives.
- Clearly explain the BLive franchise business model, value proposition, revenue potential, commercials and benefits.
- Conduct persuasive sales pitches over phone/video calls and convert qualified leads into franchise partners.
- Handle objections related to investment, returns, operations, EVs, competition and business viability.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
- Build strong relationships with high-intent prospects and maintain regular engagement until closure.
- Schedule and conduct detailed franchise presentations/demos where required.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and conversion data in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly lead-to-conversion and revenue targets.
