We are looking for a Placement Coordinator to join our Career Development Center (CDC) on a part time, remote basis and help learners prepare for and successfully navigate the placement process.

About the Role

This is more than a traditional placement coordination role. You will work closely with learners to improve their aptitude, reasoning, communication, soft skills, interview readiness, and overall employability, while also coordinating placement activities and recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in aptitude training, placement training, student mentoring, soft-skills training, career development, or campus recruitment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate placement activities, recruitment drives, interviews, assessments, and student participation.
- Conduct or support training in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and basic problem-solving.




- Help learners improve English communication, soft skills, presentation skills, and interview skills.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve candidate readiness.
- Support learners with resume preparation, interview preparation, career guidance, and placement readiness.
- Mentor students throughout their career development and placement journey.
- Coordinate with recruiters and companies regarding job requirements, interview schedules, assessments, and candidate participation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and recruiters and track placement progress and outcomes.
- Identify individual learner gaps and coordinate additional training or mentoring where required.
- Maintain accurate placement records and provide regular updates to the internal team.
