About the Role
/n
As an Instructional Designer, you will design and develop creative, learner-centric training solutions for enterprise and digital learning environments. This role requires expertise in instructional design methodologies, content development, stakeholder management, and modern learning technologies.
/n
Key Responsibilities
/n
Design end-to-end learning solutions aligned with business and learner needs.
/n
Conduct training needs analysis and define learning objectives and instructional strategies.
/n
Develop content for ILT, VILT, e-learning, microlearning, blended learning, and digital learning programs.
/n
Create storyboards, facilitator guides, learner guides,
assessments, and other learning assets.
/n
Apply instructional design frameworks including ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Adult Learning Principles.
/n
Collaborate with SMEs, business stakeholders, trainers, designers, and technology teams.
/n
Design assessments and knowledge checks to measure learning effectiveness.
/n
Utilize learning technologies and authoring tools to create engaging digital learning experiences.
/n
Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
/n
Stay current with emerging trends in AI-enabled learning, instructional design, and learning technologies.
/n
Required Skills & Qualifications
/n
12+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Design, or Content Development.
/n
Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
/n
Expertise in developing digital and blended learn
