Prima Dermatology & Hair Transplant Centre is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive patient acquisition, build referral networks, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the centre.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with patients, doctors, corporate representatives, salons, wellness businesses and other potential referral partners, with a strong focus on converting opportunities into consultations and treatments.

Business Development & Patient Acquisition
Identify and develop new sources of patient acquisition.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, partnerships and local business outreach.
Achieve monthly patient acquisition and revenue targets.

Referral & Partnership Development




Hotels and other relevant businesses
Field Sales & Market Development
Conduct regular field visits across Chennai to identify business opportunities.
Understand the local market and identify potential referral sources.
Represent Prima professionally during meetings, networking events and business discussions.
Follow up with prospective patients through calls, WhatsApp and other approved channels.
Coordinate with the front office and medical team to ensure a smooth patient journey.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly business development reports.
Partnership performance
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue generated through business development
Repeat/referral business
Field visits and productive meetings

Education: Any Bachelor's degree. MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be an advantage.
