IndusTreeBiz is looking for a smart, proactive, target-oriented Business Development Executive who understands that business development is not just calling leads or sending follow-up messages.
We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships, understand client requirements, follow up intelligently and contribute directly to business closures and revenue growth.

THE ROLE You will be responsible for managing the complete business-development cycle:
Whom should I call?”
“Generate and identify current business opportunities through calls, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, databases and digital channels.
Understand client businesses, pain points, requirements and growth objectives.
Conduct initial business-development conversations professionally.
Prepare/coordinate proposals and commercial discussions.
Build long-term relationships with clients, prospects, associations and business networks.




Work closely with management on priority accounts and strategic opportunities.
Take responsibility for agreed monthly business-development and revenue targets.
Strategic Thinking Understand why we are approaching a prospect—not simply execute a calling list.

Business Understanding Be able to understand different industries and communicate solutions according to the client's actual requirement.

Results Orientation Activity alone is not performance.
Proactive Communication If a prospect is stuck, a proposal is delayed or an opportunity needs intervention, communicate it immediately.

Commercial Confidence Be comfortable discussing requirements, budgets, decision timelines and next steps with business owners and senior management.

2–4 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Client Acquisition.
