We are looking for an Art Director with a strong visual sensibility, solid graphic design craft and a hands-on approach to AI-enabled creative production.
You will conceptualise and develop visual ideas across social, digital, brand and commerce, working closely with copywriters, strategists, producers and account teams. The role requires someone who can take an idea from concept to execution and is comfortable using AI across image, motion and video creation as part of the everyday creative process.

Conceptualise and art direct campaigns, social content and digital experiences from brief to final execution.
Own the visual craft across projects, with a strong eye for layout, typography, colour, composition and visual storytelling.




Use AI-powered creative tools as part of the everyday creative process - from concept development and visual exploration to image generation, motion and video creation.
Create and experiment with AI-generated visual and video content, combining AI capabilities with solid art direction and design craft to develop engaging social and digital experiences.
Explore and build AI-enabled creative workflows that accelerate ideation, moodboarding, and production while maintaining a high bar for creative quality.
Partner with copywriters, strategists, producers and account teams to develop ideas that are culturally relevant, brand-right and platform-first.
Present creative concepts and articulate the thinking behind visual ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.
Guide junior designers and contribute with hands-on feedback to improve the quality and consistency of creative output.
Ensure creative is production-ready and maintains consistency across formats, platforms and brand guidelines.
