Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Export Manager – Agri Implements Sales to develop and expand international business for agricultural implements and farm machinery. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new export markets, developing overseas dealers/distributors, managing international customers, achieving export sales targets, and handling the complete export sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve annual sales, revenue and profitability targets for agricultural implements.
- Identify and develop recent international markets across potential regions.
- Identify, appoint and manage overseas dealers, distributors, importers and channel partners to expand market presence.




- Generate and convert international business opportunities through customer enquiries, market research, exhibitions, B2B platforms and direct sales.
- Manage the complete export sales cycle, including enquiry, quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, payment follow-up and shipment coordination.
- Develop country-wise pricing, product positioning and market-entry strategies based on customer requirements and competitor analysis.
- Build strong relationships with international customers and channel partners and drive repeat business and long-term growth.
- Coordinate with Product, R&D;, Production, Quality, Logistics and Finance teams for timely execution of export orders and market-specific product requirements.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meets and customer visits to generate new business and strengthen brand visibility.
