The Role

We're hiring a Sales Associate to work alongside our Sales Manager on three fronts: opening new client relationships, driving ongoing projects to closure, and keeping locked orders moving smoothly between the client and our internal teams. This is a high-ownership role for someone early in their sales career who wants to learn the full B2B sales cycle in a category where design, operations, and trust all matter.

What you'll do

Recent client acquisition
- Research and identify prospects across hospitality (F&B;, hotels), design (architects, interior designers), and HNI segments.
- Run outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to open conversations and qualify leads
- Maintain CRM hygiene:



log activity, update lead stages, keep pipeline data clean
- Hand off qualified leads to the Sales Manager and work on closing them together.

Ongoing projects
- Support the Sales Manager on live deals, pulling product information, preparing client sheets, sharing samples and references, and following up on client decisions
- Sit in on client meetings and showroom visits; build the muscle of reading a client and matching them to the right product.
- Track project timelines and flag risks early.

Locked order coordination
- Be the bridge between the client and internal teams (Coordination, Warehouse, Vendors, Accounts) once an order is confirmed
- Communicate dispatch timelines, sample approvals, packing updates, and delivery schedules to clients clearly and proactively
- Resolve client queries during execution, escalating only when needed
- Ensure every locked order closes with a satisfied
