Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1 year of experience to support our marketing and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong creative instincts, a solid portfolio demonstrating a flair for illustrative design and typography, and hands-on experience across digital and designing platforms. Experience in real estate,



architecture, or lifestyle/luxury brand design is a strong plus.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design high-quality PowerPoint decks and visual presentations for client pitches, property listings, and business proposals
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, property flyers, and social media creatives
- Develop branding assets and maintain visual consistency across all company communications
- Assist in video and motion design projects using Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Use AI-based tools/models for image and video generation as per project needs
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and reflect the premium positioning of the firm

Skills Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, architecture, luxury, or lifestyle brands
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with AI tools for creativ
