Hindustan Feeds is a professionally managed agro-based company with manufacturing units in Maharashtra. The company is a leading player in the cattle feed industry with a strong market presence and rapidly growing business. Dynamic and result-oriented candidates are invited to join our Sales Team for Central Gujarat / South Gujarat.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Achieve assigned sales targets by retaining existing customers and developing new customers and business opportunities.

· Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, retailers, farmers and business partners.

· Address customer concerns promptly and ensure effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.





· Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and effectively manage customer credit.

· Conduct regular farm visits and provide appropriate product-related support and guidance.

· Promote the company's products and brand through effective customer engagement and field activities.

· Expand the customer and dealer network and identify new market opportunities.

· Prepare and submit regular sales, market and collection reports to management.

· Monitor market performance, sales trends and competitor activities and provide actionable feedback to management.

Candidate Profile / Requirements
- Qualification: Qualified applicants must be any Graduate or Post Graduate
- Experience: 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Sales / Marketing, preferably in the cattle feed, dairy, animal nutrition or agro-industry.
- Robust knowledge of the local market in Central Gujarat / South Gujarat.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
