Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Assistant Manager – Production & Project Operations to support our growing execution and production team.

You’ll work closely with the Production Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure projects move smoothly from design sign-off and planning through production, procurement, site execution, quality control, and final handover.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys keeping multiple moving parts organised—timelines, budgets, vendors, materials, documentation, production schedules, logistics, and site coordination.

If you are detail-oriented, comfortable taking ownership, and enjoy solving execution challenges while keeping projects on time and within budget, this role is for you.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination




- Assist in creating detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and execution schedules.
- Track projects from design sign-off through production, dispatch, installation, and final handover.
- Coordinate project kick-off activities and ensure all internal teams are aligned on deliverables and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and proactively highlight delays, dependencies, and execution risks.
- Maintain project trackers and ensure regular follow-ups with all stakeholders.

Production & Order Management
- Coordinate day-to-day production requirements across ongoing projects.
- Track orders from approved BOM / specifications through manufacturing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with production teams to allocate resources based on workload and project priorities.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure materials and finished products are available as per project timelines.
- Support the Production Manager in managing multiple project
