Key Requirements
- Strong field sales experience in electrical and solar products
- Positive market knowledge of:
- Kalahandi district
- Malkangiri district
- Ability to handle dealer/distributor networks and direct customer visits
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales for electrical and solar products
- Develop and maintain dealer/distributor relationships
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market visits and customer meetings regularly
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
