Operator - Inspection Machine

Job Summary

Operate and monitor inspection machines to ensure products meet quality standards. Perform routine machine checks, identify defective products, maintain production records, and follow safety and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate inspection machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Inspect products for defects, damage, contamination, or incorrect specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions.
- Remove and segregate defective products.
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
- Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance of machines.
- Follow safety, quality, and hygiene guidelines.
- Work with quality assurance and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Meet daily production and inspection targets.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of inspected materials.

Required Skills:
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to identify quality defects.




- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic record-keeping and documentation.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:
- High school (10th/12th) or ITI/Diploma (preferred in some industries).
- Freshers may be considered for entry-level positions.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Valuable vision (or corrected vision) for quality inspection.
- Ability to lift light to moderate loads as required.

Work Environment
- Manufacturing or production facility.
- Shift-based work, including nights or weekends if required.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
