We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage core HR operations, including recruitment, policy implementation, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Coordinate with department heads for HR planning and execution
- Prepare and maintain HR documents such as KPIs, KRAs, and job descriptions
- Conduct employee engagement and welfare activities
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
