Conduct regular visits to various locations to ensure security personnel are alert, properly uniformed, and following site-specific protocols.Oversee the implementation of visitor logs, ID verifications, and parking management.

Handle the scheduling, placement, and rotation of security guards across different zones. Arrange or conduct on-site training regarding emergency response, conflict de-escalation, and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Evaluate guard performance, handle attendance, and address disciplinary or behavioral issues. Act as the primary point of contact during crises (e.g., fires, medical emergencies, severe weather), coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services.

Investigate security breaches, accidents, or theft, and prepare detailed post-incident reports.



Regularly audit facilities to identify security vulnerabilities and recommend preventive measures. Regularly meet with clients to address concerns, discuss service quality, and maintain contract stability. Document daily field activities, inspection results, and compliance metrics

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
