Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Follow up with student enquiries and admissions.
- Attend walk-in visitors professionally.
- Manage student records and basic office documentation.
- Coordinate appointments and counselling sessions.
- Maintain daily reports and office files.
Requirements:
✔ Good communication skills in English and Hindi
✔ MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) is mandatory
✔ Basic computer knowledge
✔ Pleasant personality and qualified attitude
✔ Good telephone etiquette
✔ Experience in Reception or Telecalling is preferred (Freshers with good communication can also apply.)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
