A Freight Broker working with US-based clients connects American shippers with reliable trucking carriers to move freight across the United States efficiently and cost-effectively. The role is heavily sales
- and communication-driven and operates in the US logistics market.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with US shippers and carriers:
- Source and book freight loads using US load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop)
- Negotiate freight rates in USD with carriers and customers
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment movement across US routes
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients
- Handle dispatch issues like delays, breakdowns, or rerouting
- Ensure compliance with US DOT/FMCSA regulations (basic understanding required)
- Maintain CRM/TMS records for all shipments and leads

Skills Required:
- Solid English communication (US business conversation level)
- Sales and negotiation skills (cold calling often involved)




- Understanding of US geography and time zones
- Ability to work night shifts (to match US working hours)
- Fast decision-making and problem-solving
- Familiarity with logistics tools (DAT Load Board, Truckstop, TMS systems)

Education & Experience
- Any bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory)
- Experience in US trucking / logistics / BPO sales / inside sales is a plus

Work Timing (Important for US Clients)
- Typically night shift (India time) to match US daytime operations
- Example: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST

Compensation
- Base salary + commission per load
- High earning potential for strong performers

Pay: ₹25,346.94 - ₹85,375.37 per month
