Position: R&D; Associate - Organic Chemistry
Location: Bengaluru, India (Bommasandra)

Job OverviewWe’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented R&D; Associate with a strong foundation in Organic or General Chemistry to join our team. In this role, you’ll work on process development, optimization, and scale-up of organic molecules. You’ll collaborate closely with our R&D; and process teams to translate lab-scale reactions into scalable manufacturing processes.



This role is ideal for someone passionate about chemistry, problem-solving, and building a strong career in industrial research.

Key Requirements:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
- 2-5 years work experience in R&D; or Process Development - Relevant Industry Background

Skills and Responsibilities
- Experience in process development, optimization, validation, and scale-up from lab to pilot scale.
- Hands-on with air and moisture-sensitive reactions and chemicals.
- Ability to plan and execute multiple reactions in parallel.
- Skilled in isolation and purification techniques — distillation, crystallization, chromatography, etc.
- Strong understanding of reaction mechanisms and process impurities.
- Proficient in analytical data interpretation using NMR, Mass, HPLC, GC, etc.
- Valuable command of literature search tools such as SciFinder and Reaxys.
- Ability to document experiments, obs
