Job Title: Head Chef Cum Trainer

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Experience Required: 2-3 Years

Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge of Chinese and Continental food:
- Handle daily kitchen work smoothly
- Maintain food quality and taste
- Train kitchen staff in cooking and hygiene
- Make sure kitchen is clean and organized
- Manage stock and reduce wastage
- Create and maintain recipes and kitchen process
- Support in kitchen setup and staff training
- Work with management for better kitchen operations

Skills Required
- Experience in Continental snacks:
- Knowledge of Pizza, Pasta, and Italian food:
- Knowledge of Mocktails, Shakes, and Café beverages:




- Good team handling skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as Chef / Senior Chef / Trainer
- Experience in kitchen operations and staff training
- Hotel Management or Culinary degree preferred
