We are looking for an experienced and growth-driven Head of Dropshipping to lead and scale our e-commerce business.
Current ad spend: ₹2 Cr/month
Target scale: ₹10 Cr/month in the coming months
We're seeking someone who has hands-on experience in building and scaling winning dropshipping brands and can take ownership of the entire growth engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product research & winner identification
- Scaling Meta Ads profitably
- Creative strategy, hooks & ad angles
- Landing page and conversion rate optimization
- Team leadership, hiring & performance management
- Building systems and processes for rapid growth
- Driving profitability while scaling aggressively
- Proven track record of scaling successful dropshipping products
- Deep understanding of the complete dropshipping ecosystem
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience managing large advertising budgets
- Leadership mindset with execution excellence
