The Role:
As our Sales Person, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead Generation & Qualification:



Identifying and researching potential clients who align with Gray Homez's service offerings.
- Proposal Presentation: Effectively communicating the value proposition of our design services, explaining our processes, and presenting tailored proposals.
- Relationship Building: Cultivating robust, lasting relationships with clients, architects, builders, and other industry professionals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Guiding clients through the sales process, addressing objections, and successfully closing deals.
- Market Insight: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands to refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Working closely with our design and project management teams to ensure seamless client transitions and satisfaction.
