Job Location:Borivali West, Mumbai

Experience: 10+ years

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process, including crafting job descriptions, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define selection criteria, and provide insights on talent market trends.
- Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate salary and advantages, and facilitate a smooth transition to onboarding.

Required Skills:
Prior experience in managing talent acquisition in manufacturing industry.





ACP / Building Material industry will be preferred.

Should be target oriented & well versed with stakeholder management.

Excellent communication skill in English (verbal & written both)
